You keep your practice, your clinical judgment, and an ownership stake in the center. We bring the developer, the operating partners, the purchasing relationships, and an interventional cardiologist who has run an independent practice and office-based lab for more than a decade.

Managing Partner.Biomedical engineer with a doctorate in physiological modeling and a background in healthcare operations, entity structuring, and outpatient facility development. He leads deal sourcing, structuring, partner relationships, and the capital side of every center.
Mustafa Hashem, MD.
Founding Partner and Chief Medical Officer.Interventional cardiologist. Directed a hospital cardiac catheterization laboratory for fifteen years and has run an independent cardiology practice for twenty-five, including an office-based lab for the past twelve. He leads clinical design, protocols, credentialing standards, and physician recruiting.
